This week's menu is a bit crazy. With my hubby working extra evening hours and his starting classes back up, portable meals made ahead of time are a must. I'll be out of town two the days as well!

Dinners:
- Sunday- Leftovers
- Monday- Rob @ Work- Pasta (thaw chicken)
- Tuesday- Rachel in Knoxville, Rob @ work- Chicken Salad (make ahead)
- Wednesday- Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes (make ahead)
- Thursday- Chicken Fajitas and Corn on the Cob
- Friday- Summer Chicken and Veggie Hash (make ahead)
- Saturday- Wedding in Louisville
- Turkey Sandwiches/ PB&J
- Chips, fruit, cheese, yogurt, crackers
- Leftovers
- Black Bean Burritos
- Soup- Chef Boyardee/ Chicken Noodle/ Mac and Cheese
- Cereal, oatmeal, eggs
- toast, coffee, OJ
