Menu Plan Monday- Jan. 18th

This week's menu plan includes quite a bit from last week. We ended up eating out several times due to a last minute visit with a family member, which was a nice surprise! Next Sunday, we leave for our Las Vegas vacation, so I only had to plan for 6 meals this week. And since we went over budget early on in the month, all the groceries will be purchased from Aldi again. I actually prefer shopping there since it's a low stress environment.

Menu Plan, week of January 18th
(ONE WEEK MENU PLAN)
Rob works 5-9 mon/ 5-9 wed/ 5-9 thur/ 3-9 sat

BREAKFASTS:
Oatmeal or cereal with fruit x1
Muffins (Bran) x2
Scrambled eggs, toast x2
Whole wheat waffles and fruit x2

LUNCHES:
Salad, yogurt and bread or bran muffin x1
Turkey hotdogs w/ carrots and dip x1
PB&J and chippies and carrots and dip x2
Grilled cheese, fruit and chips x1
Mac and Cheese w/ turkey hotdogs x1
Homemade Tomato Soup w/ Grilled Cheese x1

DINNERS:
MON- Crock-pot potato soup W/corn bread
TUES- Roasted Chicken, mashed potatoes and mixed veggies
WED- Sausage and Potatoes Casserole w/ zucchini and Fresh Bread
THUR- Spaghetti and broccoli w/ garlic bread
FRI- Giant Chicken Salad and Garlic Bread
SAT- Leftovers
SUN- Vacation- Dinner Out

SNACKS:
String cheese
Fruit- apples, oranges, bananas
Popcorn, freshly popped
Freshly baked bread and butter
Bran Muffins!
Small salad
Cold cereal
Yogurt
Peanuts
Cookies or chips
