If you're wondering how I create my weekly menu plans, click here. I follow these steps each and every week to help save myself time in the grocery store as well as the kitchen. Menu planning helps eliminate multiple trips to the grocery store and saves me money when I plan meals around sales and coupons.
On average, I save 40% using sales and coupons, but I probably save way more than that just by planning out my shopping.
