Here is my menu plan for the week. I was able to plan quite frugal meals in order to save up for the trip to the Grand Canyon next week. On Friday and Saturday, we are will be in Deer Creek State Park with my father to celebrate my graduation. For more menu plans, check out Organizing Junkie.
6/7-6/13 Menu Plan
Dinners
- Sunday- Rice, chicken and peas
- Monday- southwest chicken and corn salsa (use canned corn and peppers)
- Tuesday- Rice, black beans, corn
- Wednesday- Pasta with broccoli
- Thursday- mashed potatoes, veggie and hamburger
- Friday- cabin
- Saturday- cabin
Lunches:
- Sunday- lunch in sprfld for open house
- Monday- tomato soup and grilled cheese
- Tuesday- PB&J with carrots/other fruit, crackers, string cheese
- Wednesday- left-overs or sandwiches again
- Thursday- Breakfast burritos with fresh fruit and tortilla chips with salsa
- Friday- cabin
- Saturday- cabin
Breakfasts
- cereal/ fruit
- frozen waffles and OJ
- oatmeal and yogurt
- Eggs with toast
- Ham and cheese Omelet with yogurt/fruit
- one of the above again
