This week's menu plan is similar to last week, simply because I am trying to use as much food in the pantry as possible. This helps to lower my grocery bill. After baking many items over last weekend, it was much easier to eat from the freezer when I wasn't feeling up to cooking or extensive preparation. I think I will plan another weekend like this before the month is over to help restock and try out new OAMC techniques.
We'll be out of town in the middle of the week for two nights, so I only had to plan for 4 dinners this week.

Great looking menu. I explored your blog a bit & saw your Aldi's blog. I sure wish we had one of those around here! Enjoy your week!
