In order to make this successful, I am having another mini-freezer cooking day! My plan is to make the following...
- Homemade Pizza Pockets (after the success of my pretzels, I feel more ready to try these
- 1 dozen Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 1 dozen bran muffins (store batter for extra dozen)
- Crock Pot Whole Chicken, Shredded (why am I so afraid to cook this?!!)
- Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup to freeze
I may or may not add to this list, but these are the top items I need to make. I will post an update on how it goes!

recipepuppy.com is another great way to clear your pantry
You will LOVE the whole chicken in the crock pot. It's so easy. I even put mine in completely frozen and it cooks through in about 6-7 hours on high. Have you tried making chicken stock with the leftover bones? I just found your site through #oamc on twitter. Grocery Cart Challenge.blogspot.com has a great tutorial about the chicken stock. I've been doing this since it's so easy!
Candi- Do you put any water in with the chicken? I didn't know you could put a frozen one in there! How easy!
